Learn about the Family Eviction Prevention Collaborative (FEPCO), a nationally recognized project that helps families maintain affordable housing by preserving long-term tenancies and preventing homelessness through the provision of rental assistance and long-term housing advocacy to low-income families facing evictions in San Francisco. FEPCO’s primary goal is to build a cohesive community of service providers to streamline the rental assistance intake process for low-income, at-risk families and individuals in San Francisco, thus avoiding duplication of services and eliminating multiple program visits for the client.

Presenters: Jose Cartagena, Karen Erickson, and Cindy Ward
